Unlike Christianity and Judaism, Islam has never gone through a "heretic" period. If it did, you wouldn't see the extreme reaction the muslim haters have anytime their conformity and ignorance is challenged.

I yearn with my queer Islamic brothers and sisters in their struggles to worship in peace, but perhaps you have bigger fight on your hands than just the subject of queerness.

Good luck, but remember there is a reason you are somewhat free in the non-islamic countries and it has everything to do with the challenge of religion over daily life, something most Islamic countries are centuries behind.

In a way, your religion dug it's grave and you have to either dig your way out in an attempt to save it or reject it all together.

Until then, some of us will act in universal solidarity with you and some will rightfully turn a blind eye.

Science means knowledge; religion is superstition. All religions are anti-women and anti-gay. Some have adapted to the realities of the modern world a little better than others because they have had to in order to survive. After all, churches are a business (and should be taxed accordingly), and if they do not keep up with their potential customers' political development, they will have no customers. The promotion of breeding only works where the level of education is low, in other words, where poverty prevails. Where the class struggle is more advanced, they use a different sales pitch. I suggest you become atheists and join the class struggle for socialism.
