everyone was cited and released, one person got away with his video camera without being cited ;-), there is alot of intimidation here in San Diego. The police are treating the protest as a potential Prague or Quebec. The group was trailed initially by two civilian SUV's with photo surveillance. I suspect these people are corporate security trying to identify potential threats to their corporate interests. Later, the police moved in en-masse and initially detained everyone then telling folks that if they identify themselves they can be cited and released.
