San Diego Morning

Having caught an early morning flight from SFO to San Diego I headed to the Convergence Center, an Liberal Catholic Church. There dusty eyed Art and Revolution activists are putting the finishing touches to street theatre and props. On the way to the IMC we cut through Balboa Park where at every intersections, seemingly, a police squad car patrols. In one parking lot a dozen squad cars and a dozen motor cops waited. The ongoing teach-ins are in Balboa park, the police have threatened to use pepper spray on activists before. It could be another case of over response from the Police which may fuel the fires of anomosity toward the authorities from activists.
