Judge Halts Construction of Delano Prison

Striking a resounding blow to the California Department of Corrections’ (CDC) plans to build yet another prison, a Kern County Superior Court Judge barred the state from proceeding with plans to build a $335 million, 5,160 bed maximum-security prison slated for Delano, California in a lawsuit brought by Critical Resistance, a national organization opposing the expansion of the prison industrial complex.

How are they going to make profits? Oh, seel the video "The Clinton Chronicles" is you want to see our corrupt goverment. They made their money off the poor and working class too - liberals too!
