ROLL YOUR OWN BLACKOUT
TURN OFF THE LIGHTS THE FIRST DAY OF SUMMER

June 21, 2001 Thursday 7-10 pm worldwide, all time zones -

In response to President Bush\'s disastrous Energy Policy and in support of
conservation and alternative fuels, there will be a voluntary rolling
blackout on the first day of summer, June 21 at 7 pm -10 pm in any time zone
(this will roll it across the planet).

It\'s a simple protest. Turn out your lights from 7 pm-10 pm on June 21.
Light a candle - have fun in the dark.

Forward this email as widely as possible, to your government representatives
and environmental contacts. Let them know we want global education,
participation and funding in conservation, efficiency and alternative fuel
efforts and an end to exploitation and misuse of the earth\'s resources.

& Call Citibank in the Morning!

The new 50% rate hike will double utility bills this summer for households
and businesses and send the California economy into a recessionary death
spiral, and spread the recession across the nation. Governor Davis must stop
the rate hike!

Out-of- state energy suppliers charged California $6 billion dollars last
year to deliver electricity to the state and made a fortune doing it. This
year they are charging $65 billion dollars - and making a killing! President
Bush must temporarily cap wholesale energy prices - even though it is his
big contributors in Texas who are ripping California off.

If people call Citibank and give them a rolling black out on their phones
and disrupt their business, it will create a Citibank Crisis and compel
Governor Davis and President Bush to negotiate! Governor Davis can stop the
rate hike, and President Bush can temporarily cap wholesale energy prices -
if they want to save Citibank and the Moneychangers on Wall Street!

A VOLUNTARY PHONE BLOCKADE RIGHT NOW!

Citibank owns Salomon Smith Barney one of the larger stock brokers in the
world. If you call Salomon Smith Barney\'s new toll free phone number
1-888-414-9925, you get a recording. You must enter a secret pin number. If
you do not have a pin number, you can NOT talk with a broker, so hang up and
press REDIAL and call again, and just keep calling until you get a broker to
talk with.

If 1000 people start calling 1-888-414-9925 together in the morning from
6:30 am to 1:30 pm (PDT) Monday through Friday while the stockbrokers are
busy trading stock and just keep calling all morning long, it will begin to
block the lines and disrupt trading. Unlucky investors who are a minute late
getting a call through to their broker to buy or sell when they absolutely
have to could lose thousands, millions of dollars!

When investors get the news of Citibank Phone Blockade, a great many of them
will want to take their accounts elsewhere to avoid being caught in the
rolling black on the phones at Salomon Smith Barney. That\'s going to cost
Citibank millions of dollars - and there will be wailing and gnashing of
teeth among the Moneychangers!
THEY CALL US AT DINNER TIME, WE CAN CALL THEM AT MONEY TIME!

You can turn off your lights and call Salomon Smith Barney all you want; and
when everyone calls together, there is no way the police can break up a
peaceful assembly on the phones. The National Guard can not make people turn
the lights back on or stop calling Citibank!

CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS
However, if I tell you to turn the lights out on the first day of summer or
call Citibank in the morning when they are trading stock, we might be
\"conspiring\" to exercise our Constitutional Rights to peacefully assemble
for the redress of a grievance - and that might be a violation of some
unconstitutional, Jim Crow law somewhere.

So to avoid any unlawfulness, we are disorganizing people. We\'re asking you
NOT to turn off your lights and NOT to call Salomon Smith Barney and urging
you to share a copy of this with everyone at work, at church, in your clubs
and organizations. Please e-mail a copy to everyone everywhere, so we all
have proof that we all told everyone NOT to turn off our lights and NOT to
call Citibank/Salomon Smith Barney, and we are totally disorganized.

Call the Moneychangers and block their phones until President Bush sees the
