From June 24th-27th, leaders of multinational biotech, pharmaceutical corporations, industry scientists, bureaucrats, and marketers will meet at the Biotechnology Industry Conference (BIO - see http://www.biotech.org).
June 22-27: Days of Education and Action:
Thousands of people will CONVERGE to learn about the threats of biotechnology and to create a FESTIVAL OF RESISTANCE to genetic engineering and the commodification of life.
COME CELEBRATE the global campaign for a just and sustainable food system!
TAKE BACK our communities and our biodiversity!
Non-violent DIRECT ACTION, STREET THEATER, and ARTS PREPARATIONS will take place in San Diego the week leading up to Bio. Be there! RESIST!
