Firstly, not known to many are the true facts about what happened to Hawaii in the past, as well as present atrocities that are perpetuated against the Royal Family and Na Kanaka Maoli people.



\"On January 14, 1893 John L. Stevens...the US minister... conspired with a small group of non-Hawaiian residents of the Kingdom of Hawaii, including citizens of the United States, to overthrow the indigenous and lawful government...\" This was accomplished with the help of American navel forces from the U.S.S. Boston, which at the time was the U.S.A\'s most elite and high tech navel vessel. The Blount Report states that \"military representatives had abused their authority and were responsible for the change in government.\" This is an admission that the United States acted illegally under international law. The implication then of these admissions by Congress, by the Blount Committee, is that there must be restitution Ka Kanaka Maoli (Hawaiian) people, Na po\'e O Hawaii (people of Hawaii) have a right to be governed by their sovereign Monarch as He see\'s fit. We then come to the statement by our precious so loved Queen Liliu\'okalani,\"that I yield to the superior force of the United States of America\" She made it very clear that this statement and her later abdication were procured under duress and force. It could not be treated by anyone as a valid surrender of sovereignty by the Native Hawaiian people at all, and she made that very clear in this language. She was simply bowing to superior power, but NOT as a matter of right or of law. President Cleveland\'s message to Congress admitted all this\"An act of war, committed with the participation of a diplomatic representative of the United States and without authority of Congress.\" The president admitted that this was illegal behavior or the most heinous type. A \"substantial wrong\" was done, calling for the restoration of the Hawaiian Monarchy.



Tragically Queen Liliuokalani was placed under house arrest and not allowed to see or communicate with her people. She remained incarcerated until her death, November 17, 1917. Through it all she remained steadfast in her belief that justice would prevail and one day her people and the land in which they belong would be free.



The Newlands Joint Resolution provided for the annexation of Hawaii in 1893. The annexation of Hawaii has no validity under international law, as the Nuremberg Tribunal itself in 1945 said, \"no annexations are valid prior to the conclusion of a peace treaty.\"

\"The Newlands Resolution, the... Republic of Hawaii ceded sovereignty over the Hawaiian Islands to the United States.\" The Republic of Hawaii never had sovereignty over the Hawaiian Islands. The Republic of Hawaii was the civilian occupying arm of the military occupation force. Sovereignty remains in the hands of the displaced sovereign. This is black letter international law.



\"The Republic of Hawai\'i ceded 1,800,00 acres of crown, government, and public lands of the Kingdom of Hawai\'i without the consent of or compensation to Na Kanaka Maoli (Hawaiian ) people or sovereign government. The Republic had no authority to do this as it was a military occupation authority, the civilian arm, without any sovereign claims to the land under the laws of military occupation and the laws of war. So they had no power to cede anything. The title to the land rested and still rests, under international law, with the Kingdom of Hawai\'i Na Kanaka Maoli people.



The United States of America has continued assertion of jurisdiction over Hawaii territory and its citizens. Unknown to most people in Hawaii, in 1946 under the charter of the United Nations at Article 73, the United States was charged with bringing self government to Hawaii. The exercise of self determination in Hawaii has not been accomplished, The plebiscite taken in 1959 failed to meet the requirements of the exercise of self determination for at least two reasons; the U.S. government altered the \"self\" in defining who qualified to participate in the process, and limited the choices which the people should have had only to a form of integration within the United States of America (territorial status or statehood), not to independence.



The Hawaiian people have been subjected to the international crime of Genocide, as determined and defined by the 1948 Genocide Convention, and the 1987 A Genocide Convention Implementation Act, the Proxmire Resolution. This was one of the key findings of the San Francisco Tribunal.



His Royal Majesty Akahi Nui, Alii Nui Great Grandnephew of Queen Liliuokalani, coronated 22nd February 1998, at the Iolani Palace, holder of the Royal Seal, travels on a Kingdom of Hawaii Diplomatic Passport. His Majesty is recognized as a Royal Sovereign King of the Hawaiian Island Archipelago by Sweden, Norway, Netherlands, United Nations and the United States of America. Please be informed that yet another grave injustice has been perpetrated against the Kingdom of Hawaii. His Royal Majesty Akahi Nui is being held against his will and is presently incarcerated at the illegitimate Maui County Jail. He has been illegally and unlawfully tried and sentenced by Judge Shackley F. Raffetto and the de facto state Prosecutor Mark Simmons to serve five years for allegedly \"trespassing\" on Royal Patent land 2799 where His Majesty was tending and visiting the graves of his ancestors. I am shocked and outraged at this deplorable treatment of the lawful sovereign King of Hawaii.



Our Kanaka Maoli Hawaiian people of the kingdom of Hawaii cannot \"trespass\" on our own land. The trespassers are the state of Hawaii, County, Federal, Alexander and Baldwin, Castle and Cook, C. Brewer, Theo Davis, Dole, Japanese Business men, the developers, Realtors, the golf courses, and the resorts. What this fact does is point out that the whole situation is completely turned around on its head. It now changes the whole way that the U.S. and state authorities should be looking into this matter. The federal government is the trespasser and the criminal. The Kingdom of Hawaii is Na Kanaka Maoli (Hawaiian) people asserting their rights under international law. His reversal of positions between who is the criminal and who are the VICTIMS, and between who is asserting their RIGHTS and who is violating our rights has been effectively conceded by Congress.



In a formal complaint lodged against Maui Police Department and officers, His Majesty Akahi Nui, Alii Nui stated \"the activity of the officers over which you have charge is threatening me and My Queen\'s life and limb, with terrorist acts of threatening, attempted kidnap and endangerment to me and my family\".



The complaint was lodged after an incident on Royal Patent Land 2799 where His Majesty was visiting and tending the grave site of his ancestors along with family and friends. Three unidentified males pulled up and sat in a white four door Isuzu vehicle parked within the boundaries of Royal Patent 9927. These individuals did not identify themselves as law enforcement officials, thus violating their own procedure.



As His Majesty approached the vehicle to see who they were and what they wanted, the driver shouted to his passengers, \"Now\" At this point they all quickly got out, revealing their pistols strapped to their gun belts. With excessive force they painfully strong armed His Majesty\'s arms behind his back and placed handcuffs on him. As they attempted to drag him off the property, he asked who they were and if they had an arrest warrant. Not identifying themselves, they stated they had no warrant for arrest. These actions, for all intents and purposes, could only be construed as an attempted kidnapping. In order to protect his life and limbs, His Majesty separated himself from the 3 unidentified assailants, and walked back to the grave site, still handcuffed. The three men made no verbal statements and then proceeded to leave in their vehicle. The handcuffs were removed by His Majesty about five hours later. The unidentified males never were to return at all. The state prosecutors have charged His Majesty with \"escape\" as a result of this.



His Majesty was subsequently manhandled on November 3, 1997 by police officers who approached him and his Queen Akahi Nui Wahine as they were walking at the mall. The officer Lt. Gary Yabuta made the statement, \"hey James (HRM Akahi Nui) I think there is a warrant for your arrest.\" As the officers were using excessive force once again to place HRM Akahi Nui in custody, I Her Majesty Akahi Nui Wahine went into the Kintetsu International establishment and attempted to call 911 to verify that there was indeed a warrant out for my husbands arrest. (We later learned there never was a warrant). As I picked up the receiver and dialed 911 a hand with great force grabbed the upper part of the phone receiver along with my hair from the right side of my head, slamming it into the right side of my face. \"You are not making this 911 call\" I was pulled away and roughly slammed into a divider and wall. This caused me extreme pain in my head, face, and neck. At this point I thought I might even die. The assailant, Sgt. Roger Duchane and myself were the only ones in the establishment. I placed a chair between myself and Sgt. Duchane. he was then joined by four other officers who proceeded to brutally subdue me, by first slamming me against the wall, then I was slammed onto the concrete floor. Sgt. Roger Duchane contracted his right knee onto my head and his left knee onto my neck with full body weight on both knees, while other officers were on my back and my legs forcing their hands up under my private areas and some forcing their hands up around my breast and laughing. I was then handcuffed and walked out of the establishment and through the mall with my breasts exposed and they refused my plea to pull my blouse down. the de facto state of Hawaii then prosecuted me for \"interfering with an arrest, and scratching a police officer\". For this I served thirty days imprisonment at the Maui County Jail. I also sustained a right temporoparietal craniotomy on the right side of my head.



It clearly states in the constitution of the United States of America- Article 111 Sec 2-that the Supreme Court has total jurisdiction over any case arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States and treaties made, or which shall be made under their Authority, and between a state(Hawaii) or the citizens thereof and foreign states, Citizens or subjects i.e. Kingdom of Hawaii.



I, Her Majesty Akahi Nui Wahine, on behalf of His Royal Majesty Akahi Nui Alii Nui, Sovereign King of the Hawaiian Island Archipelago implore you to uphold the Supreme Law of the Land, and honor the terms of treaties between the United States of America and the Kingdom of Hawaii by immediately releasing His Majesty Akahi Nui from the Maui County jail.



\"But this is a people robbed and spoiled; they are all of them snared in holes, and they are hid in prison houses. They are for a prey, and none delivered; for a spoil, and none saith, Restore. Who among you will give ear to this? Who will hearken and hear for the time to come?\"

Isaiah 42:22,23.
