white radicals, where ya at?

so what I want to know.....is where are people who were on the streets (the SAME streets in many cases) six months ago....

it's interesting to me that in November a group of almost entirely white activists, most young and upper class (myself among them), took over Over the Rhine and fought cops throughout downtown to protest the TABD

Now, six months later we see a community responding to years (hundreds of them) of racism and the unbelievably violent and racist Cincinnati PD (15 black men killed and not a single white one?)

SO WHERE ARE THE WHITE ACTIVISTS?

Now, I'm up here in my cozy house in Minnesota, so perhaps there a re a bunch of you down there and the corporate media just isn't reporting it, but somehow I doubt it....

All you ruckus camp attendees, meeting facilitators, training organizers....why aren't you on the streets playing a backup role to what's happening....ie; being on the streets with bottles to wash out people's eyes, walking around and serving food etc?

Note the key word here is backup, the moment someone walks in and puts off an air of oh well see, I'm trained in uprising, let me show you how to properly dissent (which is a trap many people,
including myself, fall into FAR too often) you deserve to get your ass kicked

I know that white activists and white male activists all too often twist things into happening the ay they want them too, but there has to be some middle ground to stand on here.... what, do white people only care about police brutality when the march is on their terms?

Sorry if this reply comes off harsh or abrasive, but its frustrating to see two large protests happen in
the same city (and if I remember correctly it was the anti-police brutality march at the TABD protests
where shit really got fucked up) but have absolutely no overlap.....

how serious are we about this revolution bullshit anyway?
