Hi All,
The PG&E bankruptcy hearing begins tomorrow morning (Monday) at 9:30 am at 235 Pine Street on the 22nd floor in San Francisco. In order to get into the
hearing you have to pre-register by sending an email to hearings [at] canb.uscourts.gov or go to http://www.cnab.uscourts.gov and register for the hearing. We want to get as many people as possible to attend so we can
let the judge know that rate hikes will not be popular and that he should make PG&E parent Corporation pay the bills, not the consumers. We will also, of course, speak out for public power. Anyone who can get there, should
arrive by 9 am. We'll also have a protest outside the building. The entire
press corps of North America will be there, so bring your signs!
Call me if you have any questions at 510-333-4604 or call Medea at
510-235-6517.
See you in the morning!
Todd
