Don¹t miss our special screening of ³Delivered Vacant,² an 8-year chronicle of gentrification in Hoboken, New Jersey, which shows amazing similarities between Hoboken and San Francisco.

Displacement and gentrification are global problems, so we will showcase films from all over the world - and learn how people in New York, Chicago,Washington D.C.,Virginia, the Philippines, and India have resisted evictions and fought for their homes.

The festival will benefit the Mission Anti-Displacement Coalition (MAC), a grassroots, community organizing group in San Francisco¹s Mission District.
