2/24 Public Power Rally, revised info

-Sat, Feb 24, SF: Mass March and Rally Against Utility Rate Hikes! Join the
Campaign for Public Power Now--a broad coalition of rate payers, community
groups, and concerned citizens--in a display of public power! Our message:
No PG&E Bail Out! No Rate Hikes! No Layoffs! Public Power Now! Assemble at
12 noon, Mission and 16th BART station plaza, San Francisco, for speeches
and street theater; then march to the 21st Street PG&E Payment Station to say, "No to Rate Hikes!" Then on to Dolores Park for music, dance, food, and a celebration of clean, affordable, public power for the people!
