Enron contributes heavily to Bush's campaign and California's energy crisis

the New York Times two days ago reported that Enron expects to exceed its quarterly estimates for the first quarter of 2001 by a significant margin.

Can't help but think that has a lot to do with California. I'll be curious to see PG&E corporation's first quarterly reports.

It seems Enron was also a heavy contributor to both of the Clinton inagurals, about $100,00 each, the same as the Bushes
