A Queer Declaration

Introduction:

This Declaration has a specific purpose, and includes only brief background information in the Introduction, directly related to this Declaration. Not all statements which also apply to non-Queer people mention that specifically.

Queer, as used here, may be understood to mean gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgendered, intersexed, or supportive of those who describe themselves using those terms; yet all of those people whom others would describe with those terms do not agree with that terminology, or with the use of the word Queer as a group or individual descriptor. Non-Queer, as used here, may be understood to mean either heterosexual, or those who are not supportive of Queer people.

No one is born owing allegiance, and, while maturing, freely chooses among people, animals, societies, gods or governments for families, companionship, allies, teachers or students. This fact honors both the chooser and the chosen.

With no natural duty to follow the laws of any government, to observe any borders, or to answer to any person, no one may be bound, though people often choose to agree to such a temporarily useful illusion.

Both Queer and non-Queer people are equally natural occurrences. Physical appearance or mannerisms have nothing to do with whether one is Queer or not. Gender, sexual orientation, or sexual practices do not determine by themselves whether one is Queer. There are Queer heterosexuals, although there are far fewer self-defined heterosexual Queers than there are gays, lesbians, bisexuals, transgendered and intersexed people who use the word Queer as part of their self-description. Being Queer or non-Queer is not limited to human beings, although it is easier to discuss the topic here as though it were.

Non-Queer adults outnumber Queer adults, and despite all efforts to discover the relative percentages of each, they are mere guesses and the numbers will remain unknown until the time first arrives when it is not a societal negative to be Queer.

Put very simplistically, non-Queer adults exist mainly to give birth to children and to raise food. Queer adults exist mainly to give birth to new ideas and to raise consciousness, ensuring the long-term survival and success of all. As with all things natural, these are not rigid separations of purpose or function.

At least equal in all ways and all places, Queers have always existed. Without Queers, non-Queers would survive but would not thrive. Non-Queers are not less important or valuable than Queers to human society. Non-Queers are not more important or more valuable than Queers, contrary to current popular beliefs.

Until children become self aware of their adult natures, Queer or non-Queer, it is the responsibility of all parents to not intentionally prevent their natural exposure to both. Intentionally interfering with the natural journey of discovery and inevitable self realization of their Queer nature by those who will be Queer adults is harmful to those children, and self-destructive for families and societies.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with being Queer.

Self-delusion and leftover ancient instincts toward survival of the human species leads the majority of non-Queers to believe that being able to reproduce is their highest purpose, and therefore those who reproduce the most often should automatically be valued the most by the human race. With more people alive on Earth at this time than have ever lived, there is no merit to this belief.

Either ignorance or arrogance has convinced many of these same people - most grouped together under various religion systems - that they can or must control all births; for instance, by using any means they choose to interfere with those who would exercise complete control over their own reproductive decisions.

Along with these arrogant and mistaken beliefs walks the need for these same people to control all women, and to renounce those men and women whom they see as non-reproductive.

Most Queers and non-Queers are capable of producing children. Neither non-Queers nor Queers have naturally superior skills regarding the raising or nurturing of children. Both can and do both. All who are born due to the decisions of the parents deserve protection and nurturing, including Queer children. Those who are not born, for whatever reason, can only be missed abstractly (meaning other than physically) by anyone who is not the mother. Since pregnancy and birth is a physical, biological process, the mother is the only valid final decision maker. Only the delusions of those who choose to interfere allow them to grant themselves more importance than the parents in birthing decisions.

Regarding what most people call religion, these systems have always existed. Most evolve as purposefully devised tools to ease common emotional and psychological stress - such as that caused by a fear of death or of other natural phenomena which is not fully understood - or as methods of controlling the behavior of willing followers.

All religion systems are inherently flawed. Historically, as the number of believers in a particular organized faith system grows, believers - with various motives - attempt to impose their constructed beliefs on non-believers. The main flaw in religion systems, however, is that in order to exist, each system is required to divide or define the mythical concepts of \"good\" and \"evil.\" Since these do not exist rigidly except as artificial constructs, those divisions and definitions are always proven flawed by exceptions, and the faith system begins to weaken.

If the leaders or followers become increasingly desperate and fearful as the flaws in their faith system become more evident, this can progress, and has, to the oppression, repression and often murder of scapegoat non-believers. Suicidal religion systems or faith cults are nothing more than this, with the charismatic leader choosing to let everyone die rather than find out that their particular faith system is flawed.

Unless altered or discarded, the failing faith system, driven by the increasing desperation of its adherents, becomes the opposite of its original purpose - an escalating force of destruction rather than a constructed tool to make life easier for believers.

Currently, there are several such destructive forces spreading over the planet, with the most damaging emanating mainly from the United States, although several are centralized in other countries. These destructive forces are interfering with the ability of all to thrive. The destruction they are causing is wide-ranging, damaging all that exists.

A Queer Declaration

For the purpose of providing notice to those who may choose to change their behavior:

Along with increasing repression and oppression, public ridicule, humiliation, beatings and murders, certain destructive forces are intentionally and maliciously interfering with and distorting the lives of Queer people. These destructive forces degrade the honor and high value of these lives; denying countless Queer people the dignity, joy and full celebration of life which, as described by the leaders of those destructive forces, are inherent and natural rights belonging to those who can enforce and protect them.

The actions of these wealthy, powerful and well-organized destructive forces injure all beings, not just Queer people.

Queers are attacked from birth, before they have the ability to identify or protect themselves. Since all children are temporarily Queer, these intentional actions by non-Queers are causing pain, suffering and cumulative damage for both Queer and non-Queer people of all ages.

One effect of those actions is that many Queer young people select self-destruction once they begin to discover their Queer natures. Even some eventually non-Queer children who are just beginning to discover themselves - not realizing that their self-discovered Queer nature might be only the natural state of all children - would rather die than face the possibility of remaining Queers as adults, as that existence is maliciously described and affected by these destructive forces.

The spread of this destruction - escalating repression, oppression, loss and mourning - is being purposefully orchestrated by non-Queers who ultimately seek what they believe to be the highest order of achievement: total manipulation of the freedom of others through the control of paper laws and armed enforcers, and the accumulation and hoarding of money, representing the ability to withhold and manipulate the supply of food.

\"True believers\" among these leaders or their followers may have concurrent or even different motives to these, however their collaboration with those driven more by greed and lust for power, their methods, and the damage they cause are the same, effectively negating any differences in motives.

As distraction from their true activities and goals, and to provide false targets for those seeking to stop this destruction, those most responsible intentionally mis-direct blame onto the existence and influence of Queers, among others. These destructive forces use other words to define their targets publicly, perhaps even to themselves.

Intentionally drawing upon the fears, doubts and insecurities of their followers, these leaders - most masquerading as deeply spiritual people - are the antithesis of the spirituality they claim. They are the true source of the increasing levels of suffering and pain on this planet.

It will not require vast, visible changes to stop these forces of destruction. If all things were a human body, and these destructive forces were an infection attacking this body, then halting the continuing infection and re-infection of the body would give the body the opportunity and time to naturally defend and heal itself.

Most Queers have the ability to be invisible as such among non-Queers. The value and purpose of this ability becomes most evident in times when war against these non-Queer destructive forces becomes necessary.

In this area, Queer adults are creative and successful warriors, due to the necessity of developing these skills in order to survive to adulthood. With their cultured skills as \"bridgers,\" self-defined Queers rarely engage in war collectively - except as a last resort, when the long term well-being of all requires concerted intervention against malevolent, organized and seriously destructive forces such as these described.

This is a time when such a defensive war has become necessary, and this war has been building for a very long time. Many alternatives have been exhausted, by Queers and non-Queers. The destruction has now escalated beyond alternatives to direct defensive war.

Nature\'s tendency toward balance can be seen, even at this time:

the natural sadness at the need for this defensive war and the inevitable resulting grief, balanced by the challenges of devising effective methodologies;

the excitement of carrying out strategies and evading the enemy, balanced by the anger and disappointment of discovering and exposing former friends who choose to collaborate, and the destruction of their ability to assist the enemy;

the negative aspects of any war, balanced by the anticipation of victory for the health and well being of all people.

The natural order of chaotic balance which personally responsible freedom allows will be restored. The emotional celebration after ending the dominance and promotion of factional supremacy by these destructive forces will be the salve which begins healing the massive damage they have already inflicted on all, as well as any damage which may occur during upcoming battles.

The overall responsibility for all damages, visible and other, remains with the aggressors, rather than with those who choose, finally, to begin defending themselves seriously, against the violence of a war which is already being waged against them.

A one-sided war has already been publicly declared and is being waged on Queers by these destructive forces described. Now, a mutual active state of war exists.

Although the leaders of these destructive forces portray themselves as non-Queers, as do most of their followers, this defensive war is not against all non-Queers.

The aggressor enemy is self-defined through actions and words.

All allegiance is withdrawn from those people and agencies which support those self-defined aggressors.

Use of the word Queer does not constitute endorsement of, or participation in, this defensive war, or any actions which occur as a result of this defensive war.

Paper laws which directly impede defensive Queer actions or efforts against self-defined enemies may at times need to be ignored during this war. Consequences follow, and remain with, only the individual committing the action, as always.

The choice of, purpose of, and outcome of Queer battle tactics and plans will not be announced as such. Non-Queers may not comprehend some Queer methods of battle. Non-Queer allies are encouraged to choose their own methods in fighting our mutual self-defined aggressor enemies. We are, and will be, among you.

Publicly, most Queers who are engaged in this defensive war will not reveal themselves. Publicly, most Queers will denounce all Queer participants in this defensive war - to a greater degree than they have ever denounced the enemy, unfortunately. This is as it must be.

The aggressor enemy is powerful, and has already infiltrated all levels of law enforcement and government, and has almost absolute control over access to public communications and media. Law enforcement, government, or the media are not automatically the enemies of Queers, but the aggressor enemies have been using their agents in all of those to their advantage for some time. To the smaller degree that Queers also have agents in those, Queers must also use them.

Queers will be very creative, patient, thoughtful and purposeful in battle, in order to prevent collateral damage as much as possible. However, as with the various forms of violent actions which bring about this active defense by Queers, it is impossible to avoid harming unwilling participants completely. Queers have not chosen this path willingly, and many non-Queers have already been harmed as a result of attacks on Queers. This is the worst cost of battle - this is why so many have waited so long, and tried so many other defenses first - and it will be avoided as much as possible. Queers who choose to participate will protect themselves and their compatriots from the inevitable public harassments and private infiltrations by agents of the enemy. Queers will not announce battles beforehand, or brag about victories afterward. Queers will simply act, in tiny groups, anonymously. The cumulative results will speak for themselves.

All Queers who choose to participate must signal their willingness in their own way. The method, timing, purpose and scope of that signal will probably become evident to each Queer person once the decision has been made.
