Petition to William E. Kennard: Save Your Legacy!
FCC Chairman William E. Kennard's Op-Ed piece in The Washington Post, Oct.23, 2000 is a BOMBSHELL! Now take it to the Edge with this Electronic Petition!
This is an URGENT message requiring your IMMEDIATE attention.
I, David Huff of Canyon Lake Radio, 105.7fm, have composed an electronic petition
imploring FCC Chairman William E. Kennard to take a LEGAL stand supporting
Microbroadcasting, and exposing the NAB connection with our elected government officials.
Please go to http://www.PetitionOnline.com/nexroth/petition.html and read thoroughly
the petition I penned this evening. PLEASE SIGN ON.
You will receive a return e-mail confirming your signature on the petition, along with
a short "form letter" type script which I encourage you to forward to as many organizations and
individuals as you can think of who might be even REMOTELY interested in supporting Free Speech as
expressed through Microbroadcasting.
This whole process will only take a couple of minutes of your time, and I believe will prove
INVALUABLE in saving the LPFM innitiative, perhaps even reigning-in the FCC's "Enforcement"
teams.
As one whose studio door was kicked in by armed US Marshalls; as one whose broadcasting
equipment was "arrested" with an "in-rem warrant"; and as one who has seen his home, privacy, and
Constitutional Right to Free Speech ravaged by a handful of cock-sure federal cowboys, I can tell you
with the UTMOST CERTAINTY that things are OUT OF CONTROL.
Please help. Please enlist the help of others.
We MUST act now!
My Sincerest Thanks,
David Huff, owner/operator
