I was there.
Had a nice long chat with the Emoryville police department
chief representative the next week.
We disagreed on several points naturally. I don't doubt that
had something to do with the fact that at our introduction,
I informed the officer that since his boys ruined my
Friday night, I was calling to ruin his day...
By the time we got off the phone I had actually gotten this
jerk to say *outloud* that it's illegal to dance to live music
without a permit. I welcomed him to the 4th Reiche and hung up.
