wow, this picture is really good... someone told me this weekend that SF cops are the nicest, most polite cops you will meet... until it is time for them to start cracking heads, then they are just like every other policeforce. the smiling waving cop with a bunch of the hand-ties on the bench next to him pretty much summarize that for me.
