Clear Channel DJ in violation of FCC

During a protest this morning (Thurs, 9/22) outside San Franscisco's Clear Channel Communications building, the hosts of KYLD 94.9 FM's morning show, 'The Doghouse,' came outside to confront the demonstrators.

During the melee (which took place between 8 and 10 AM), the two 'Doghouse' members began shoving some of the demonstrators, using derogatory language -- and repeatedly yelling 'Fuck you' to people in the crowd.

Interestingly enough, these 'Doghouse' folks were equipped with wireless microphones - and we need to know if any of their confrontation went out live over the air.

Using profane language during morning drive is a violation of FCC rules. Some of those assaulted and insulted would like to file a complaint about the incident, but they're looking for proof that such statements were broadcast (nobody in the street was listening to the radio at the time).
