Update from Ann Harrison:

Eddy Lepp's arraignment was postponed today because prosecutor David
Hall had not finished the indictment and wants both Lepp and
co-defendant Daniel Barns to be arraigned together. Barnes and Lepp are
now scheduled to be arraigned in front of Magistrate Joseph Spero
tomorrow morning at 9:30 am. Lepp's appointed federal defender, David
Fermino, who has already missed one of Lepp's hearings, was again absent
today and was represented by another member of his office. Tony Serra has
agreed to represent Eddy Lepp pro-bono together with Omar Figueroa.
