Berkeley Measure R in doubt

The final result of the balloting for the Berkeley medical
marijuana initiative Measure R is still in doubt. Absentee ballots
remain to be fully counted. Measure R is currently behind by just
over 1%, and has been creeping up in late returns. Final results
may not be known for a month.
