Help fill the courtroom on Jan 9 at 2:00PM when ILWU BA Jack Heyman and the 24 others who were arrested on April 7, 2003 will face another court hearing at the Oakland courthouse
URGENT!—
On January 9 at 2:00PM, workers and community people will again join together to protest the continuing charges against anti-war protesters and ILWU BA Jack Heyman from the April 7, 2003 protest at the port of Oakland. The court hearing will take place at the Oakland Courthouse at 661 Washington St./7th St in Oakland. The hearing will be in courtroom Department 115. We want to fill the hearing room. Please come and show solidarity against this travesty of justice by attending the court hearing and filling the hearing with Jack’s supporters. All labor and defenders of civil liberties must be united to protest these police state tactics. Demand that all charges be dropped for peacefully picketing and exercising trade union rights.
