Allison,
please do not forget about the SF PeeDee collaborating with the Jewish Anti-defamation League of B'nai B'rith, sharing intelligence that targeted anti-apartheid and pro-Palenstinian groups and activists. This was the subject of a lawsuit and investigation. Covert Action Quarterly #61 has also covered the issue. It would not suprise me if the arresting cop was not involved.
