Bill Moyer; organizer, writer, educator and trainer in nonviolent social
movements for over 40 years; spoke at The Fresno Center for
Non-Violence on Wednesday November 14th. His discussed concepts in his new book "Doing
Democracy: The MAP Model for Organizing Social Movements." He applied the
concepts to the peace movement in the current crisis. During his visit
Moyer provided consultation to Peace Fresno, a coalition of
community activists meeting at The Fresno Center for Non-Violence.
