to wage covert operations and other repressive tactics to "expose, disrupt,

Ward Churchill (author of COINTELPRO PAPERS) will speak on the history of
COINTELPRO and the State's ongoing campaigns of repression targeting
dissident groups. Richard Brown will speak on behalf of the SF8, eight
former Black Panthers whose recent arrest on previously-dismissed charges
demonstrates that COINTELPRO is alive and well.
