textOakdale does not need the City Attorney to tarnish its name by Francisco Da Costa
Oakdale residents have worked hard to contribute to the City and County of San Francisco. The area does not only have Public Housing residents but lots of residents living in homes that they own. You also have small businessess and at the Hunters Point Shipyard a few hundred feet from the Oakdale Public Housing - many small businesses. The City loves to take the taxes but it does not put anything much back. Shame on Mayor Gavin Newsom and his cronies - one of them City Attorney - Dennis Herre...

textDennis Herrera fails in his attempt to get an INJUNCTION by Francisco Da Costa
The judge saw through the PLOY and stayed the order and declared a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO). In other words the Judge heard the arguments and told the City and the City Attorney to get their act together. In a couple of weeks the judge will hear the orginal Injunction Arguments and then we will see how the Oakdale youth fare - and what predicament Dennis Herrera falls into. Hopefully, he will be asked to go swim in the cesspool....

textOakdale Area Next of Navy Road prone to the worst type of pollution by San Francisco by Francisco Da Costa
Navy Road - by Oakdale and next to Parcel A by Public Housing is bombarded daily by the worst type of pollutants and radiological elements. I challenge the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Environmental Branch, and SF Health Department, Mayor Gavin Newsom, Sophina Maxwell, the District Attorney, the City Attorney, Mitch Katz, Aaron Peskin, the Board of Supervisors, Jesse Blout, Michael Cohen, Allen Nance to state in writing that the area I have ...

Dwayne Jones the former Director of the Mayor Office of Community Development has been pushing for Communities of Opportunity (COO). text30 innocent youth rounded up and incarcerated by SF Juvenile Authorities by Francisco Da Costa
Our Mayor Gavin Newsom complete with his lubricated hair, our dense Senator Diane Feinstein, our corrupt Congressperson Nancy Pelosi have no idea what is happening to our youth and our poorly run SF Juvenile Incarceration Center. Again, this is the Foggy City of San Francisco and not the Windy City of Chicago where the Button Man reigns supreme....

textThe TRUTH about the Oakdale Gangs and the area in general under seige by Francisco Da Costa
City Attorney Dennis Herrera may talk the talk but he surely cannot walk the walk. It would be nice if Dennis could defien justice. The area around Oakdale by Navy Road and the youth around that area have been neglected by the City for over 15 years. Now, suddenly the City has chosen the City Attorney to bring justice by enforcing laws that will defeat unity and bring about the worst type of confusion. You really cannot play with fire when it comes to youth that are seeking peace and the City...

text73 shot and kiled in San Francisco and Mayor Gavin Newsom is still just talking the talk! by Francisco Da Costa
In San Francisco youth especially young Black men are targeted by certain Law Enforcement working closely with Mayor Gavin Newsom and the Mayor's Office of Criminal Justice (MOCJ) Hundreds of names are now on a list called the Urban Terrorists List and many innocent men and others are put on notice. This new ploy linking security with the Homeland Security has created a host of problems - the youth are confused and now feel they are second class citizens. More, any excuse can be used to roun...
