Michael Parenti will be speaking at a press conference against the Sleeping Ban in Santa Cruz (MC 6.36.010 a & b) on Tuesday, January 13, at 3:30PM outside Mayor Scott Kennedy's City Council meeting at Santa Cruz City Hall. Micky Z., Yves Engler and many other people will be a the press conference.
