Who's Illegal? Shooting to Kill on the Border

Workers Hoping to Secure Minimum Wage Enforcement
In 2003, workers across San Francisco scored a huge victory when voters approved Proposition L, the Minimum Wage Ordinance. The measure raised the local minimum wage to $8.50, indexed it to inflation, and put the city on the map as having the strongest minimum wage law in the country.
