We gather, the women and men of the Women's League for Peace & Freedom, at the busy Palo Alto corner of El Camino & Embarcadero on the public sidewalk outside Town & Country Village shopping center every Friday in peaceful protest. Signs and banners to share, or bring your own. - rain or shine - in solidarity. Our branch was established here in 1922 from International WILPF (founded in 1915 at the Hague, Netherlands to send delegations to the warring and neutral nations during WWI.)
