Democrat SF City "Attorney" Supports Execution of Mario Woods
Democrat City Attorney Dennis Herrera has just proven himself to be criminally insane and thus eligible for disbarment for answering the US District Court Complaint of Woods' mother by stating that the police legally executed her son, Mario Woods, with a 10 person firing squad shooting 20 bullets to supposedly get Mario Woods to drop a knife. Democrat Herrera has just declared death squads to be legal in San Francisco. He holds an elected position; his taxpayer funded salary is $222,975 a year, plus benefits including pension and medical paid while employed and retired.
No force of any kind is needed to disarm a person with a knife. The plaintiff's attorney, John Burris, said most of the shots were in the back. It does not take 20 shots to disable a person.
We now have a case where the Democrat-Republican Party of San Francisco needs a general strike to get the message that execution squads are illegal and unwanted, that Police Chief Suhr, who immediately defended this execution and is long ago eligible for retirement, should be fired, and that the police who executed Mario Woods should be fired and tried for murder. Democrat City Attorney Dennis Herrera should also be disbarred. Nazi Germany also had lawyers, judges and courts to justify their criminal actions, just as Democrat City Attorney Dennis Herrera is doing. Until labor in this town understands the urgent need for a general strike, which will accomplish these goals in just ONE DAY, we now have it from the City Attorney, a proud Democrat, that San Francisco is being run by a Nazi party, the Democrat-Republican Party, promoting death squads.
While we are discussing death squads promoted by Democrats, where was the City Attorney's office when it came to machine guns used at every entrance to Stupid Bowl Plaza, with dozens of police everywhere in riot gear on foot and in jeeps, some with guns strapped to their legs? This police state dress rehearsal, using Stupid Bowl as a cover, was reminiscent of Nazi Germany.
Herrera's defense may be that this is just "good lawyering." A good lawyer knows right from wrong and he knows his place in history. When you stand with the legacy of Nazi Germany, you are wrong. Death squads are fascism, a legacy of Nazi Germany.

Throw down a dual challenge of a change in the system of government AND a simultaneous demand for recall of Ed Lee. I don't trust city mangers, but shifting away from a strong mayor to the council-managerial system is a proven means of reform. I have argued just the opposite elsewhere when the city manager became a political position and attained unilateral control - but in San Francisco, this must at least be posed as a real thraet to the current state of impunity.
How Ed Lee retains office is a miracle - made possible by the local underworld.
Get him OUT and the rest of the dominos will fall, they're all involved in criminal conspiracies at taxpayer expense.
You won't see any change as long as his operatives can keep the lid on.
