Most of the police in San Francisco receive at least $100,000 per year plus extraordinary benefits, including receiving some 90% of their salary as pension, retiring at age 50 after some 30 or so years as an SF cop, and of course, medical coverage while employed and retired. They start at $81,000 plus benefits. For this, they have not yet been told how to disarm a person with a knife without use of force, something any self defense program could teach in 1 day. In many countries of the world, the police have no weapons and manage to cope with something so simple as a knife.

Judging by the song and dance act by the police commissioners, all of whom have to be Democrats to sit there, this grand larceny from the taxpayers is not about to stop, but instead, will increase. They will be getting help to spend more of our money on police and weapons from the Democratic Party's US Justice Department. That is why we call the Democrat-Republicans the twin parties of war and fascism.
