US delivers WhiteWash of Kunduz strike before Black Friday

The Pentagon "investigation" follows a typical pattern of hand-wringing at every level, beginning with the avoidance of the 3 to 4 contradictory explanations offered by the Pentagon right after the bombing. Also true to the colonialist arrogance of the continual US occupation, the Afghan regime was not allowed to lead the investigation(a typical protocol under normal international practice), nor would Washington subject US military perpetrators to face potential war crime charges under the "sovereign" Afghan justice system!
Just for comparison, after the massive BP oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico(which killed 11 oil workers), would the US allow BP to conduct its own investigation without independent experts? Would Washington simply close the case had BP blamed the whole disaster on technical flaws and info foul-ups?
Don't hold your breath, there is ZERO chance that the US Congress will hold any hearings on such a terror attack on civilians. Such is the Imperialist "rule of law" with this 2-decade long military aggression that continues to kill innocent lives with impunity.
