Native American medicine wheel defaced by judeo-supremacist graffiti
It's only 1 as far as I know, but it's a start. Recently, 1 of the many Native American medicine wheels which currently are gracing sidewalks all over Oakland, Berkeley, and San Francisco, this particular one at the intersection of 25th St. and Telegraph Ave. in downtown Oakland, was found with an orange Star of David painted directly over it.
Why? The Native American medicine wheel is NOT an anti-Semitic symbol, and in no way could be construed as such. So why did somebody think that this symbol of Judaism had to be painted directly on top of it, of all places? Even in the tagging community, putting your stuff on top of somebody else's piece is serious disrespect. Does somebody in the Jewish community feel threatened by this manifestation of Native culture? Or are they implying that Turtle Island should be a Jewish state, a la Israel? Could it even be that the Elders of Zion are not merely `a dangerous lie', but is very real? The possibilities boggle the imagination.
