SF Democrats' Police Beat & Pepper Spray Homeless Man as Video Rolls

by Register Peace & Freedom or Green
From 3/2/15 Street Sheet, p.6: "On Feb 11 (2015), Bernard Warren fell asleep on the 5 Fulton Muni bus." The police were called, and Raymond Chu, a cop showed up. As can be seen on the bus video at http://www.cohsf.org/WarrenBeating or https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ccZjGRUEuL0, he hollered at the poor African-American homeless man, woke him up, and brutally hustled him off the bus, although sleeping on the bus is not a crime. Warren was off the bus when the thug cop beat and pepper sprayed him, as the video rolled. At some point, Warren supposedly said "Don't touch me, I could beat your ass," which is perhaps the nicest thing he could say, given the brutal way he was awoken, and his being asleep was not a crime! The SF Democratic Party's district attorney has charged him for this non-existent threat to the thug cop, and if the jury convicts him, he could sit in jail for a year, after having already been in jail for 2 weeks after the cop beating, and he could be fined $10,000. This frame-up is at TAXPAYER EXPENSE, brought to you by the San Francisco Democratic Party machine that sits at City Hall.

This is not the only time we see the $100,000 a year and up plus benefits cops, most of whom do not live here, harass the homeless, giving them tickets for sleeping outside when they have no home, so they can sit in jail at taxpayer expense since they cannot pay any ticket. We see them on Sutter Street near Kearny, on Market Street in the Financial District, and everywhere else. We are not impressed; we are horrified that the San Francisco Democratic Party views the homeless as political footballs to get votes. This is more fully described in the 3/2/15 Street Sheet on pages 1 and 4, entitled “Cruelest in the Country.” Any attacks on the homeless by any politician, including supporting any law criminalizing the homeless is FASCISM. This is one reason, among many, that we call the Democratic Party a fascist party, the same as the Republican Party.

On page 5 of the 3/2/15 Street Sheet, we learn that the City will have a $119 million surplus this year. EVERY PENNY OF THAT SURPLUS should go to house the homeless, and if it is not enough, the police budget should be cut to zero as we do not need them at all, so we can house the homeless. The City can take over the 30,000 empty apartments in San Francisco by right of eminent domain to permanently house the homeless and pay the rent for the homeless as that is what our tax dollars are for.

THE TOP PRIORITY OF ALL ELECTED OFFICIALS IN SAN FRANCISCO MUST BE TO HOUSE THE HOMELESS. Right now, the Board of Supervisors, all Democrats, are busy passing legislation forbidding soda pop advertising, as if that issue is important, which is a lie. THE MOST IMPORTANT ISSUE IN SAN FRANCISCO IS AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR THE WORKINGCLASS, those of us who sell our labor for less than $80,000 a year, so that we do not pay more than one-fourth our net income for rent, and if we have no income, the City must pay the rent as that is what our tax dollars are for.

Meanwhile, we have a mayor, also a Democrat, who seems to think running for office is more important, when he is not busy appointing pro-landlord supervisors, as he has his campaign signs up in Chinatown already, an area where there are very few valid votes. Mayor Ed Lee’s 2011 campaign and election fraud team are more fully described at:

Election fraud is fascism.

This is why you must never vote for any Democrat or Republican at any level of office, including those that are allegedly “non-partisan.” Change your registration today to Peace & Freedom or Green, the only two parties that are pro-tenant, pro-rent control and serious about permanently housing the homeless.
