CWA Rank and File Give T-Mobil CEO John Legere The Business In San Francisco
T-Mobil CEO John Legere came to San Francisco on September 10,2014 for an "exclusive" advertising event. He was met with dozens of CWA rank and file members protesting the attack on union and democratic rights of T-Mobil workers who have been fired and retaliated against for seeking to form a union.

On September 10, 2014 in San Francisco at an advertising even for
non-union T-Mobil at 3rd and Market St, John Legere was confronted
by dozens of CWA rank and file members who were angry about the
discrimination and retaliation against pro-union workers at T-Mobil.
T-Mobil which is based in Germany is union there but CEO Legere who
made $29,245,708 in 2013 has spent millions fighting unionization and has a
record of violating labor laws.

The Federal Trade Commission accused wireless carrier T-Mobile of adding bogus charges totaling "hundreds of millions of dollars" on customers' accounts without their consent. At least as far back as 2009 until at least December 2013, the carrier placed unauthorized charges for third-party services on customers' mobile phone bills,
