Titled “Exploding Oil Trains in Fremont?” the event will be held on Thursday, September 11, 7:00-9:00 p.m., at the Fremont Senior Center, 40086 Paseo Padre Parkway. The event is free, though donations will be accepted to help cover expenses. The facility is wheelchair accessible.
