Transition Berkeley launches an environmental film series on the 1st Thursday of every month titled “Screening the Green”. Show time 7 pm, Light refreshments at 6:30. The first event will screen several films that celebrate green transportation solutions from around the world and here in the Bay Area. Timothy Burroughs, Coordinator of the City of Berkeley’s Climate Action Plan, will give a short update on progress and future plans for green transportation in Berkeley. The event is also sponsored by SJC and the Berkeley Climate Action Coalition Transportation Working Group.
