Prosecution and defense rested in the Rwandan Supreme Court appeals hearing of imprisoned Rwandan opposition leader Victoire Ingabire at the end of July, and the court has said it will rule on November 1st. Congolese Swiss historian and activist BK Kumbi spoke to KPFA about what Victoire Ingabire means to her as a Congolese person.
