Rally to DEMAND PROSECUTION of Oakland Police Officer MIGUEL MASSO!

TUESDAY, MARCH 5th @ 3pm

The Justice 4 Alan Blueford Coalition & Many in the Oakland Community Call Upon California Attorney General, Kamala Harris, and the Alameda DA’s office to:

1. PRESS CHARGES AGAINST OPD OFFICER MIGUEL MASSO FOR THE MURDER OF ALAN BLUEFORD due to the flawed and biased investigation carried out by Alameda County District Attorney Nancy O’Malley which intentionally ignored clear evidence of a homicide and cover-up by the Oakland Police Department.

2. REOPEN ALL CASES OF OFFICER-INVOLVED KILLINGS FROM THE RIDERS CASE IN 2003 TO THE PRESENT, due to the pattern of flawed and biased investigations which has shown an unprincipled relationship, lacking objectivity, between the D.A.’s office and the Oakland Police Department, which continues to lead to Oakland Police Officers being unjustly cleared and immune from criminal charges for brutality and murder.

3. CREATE A STRATEGY AND POLICY TO END THE CRIMINALIZATION OF THE BLACK AND BROWN COMMUNITIES, stop the militarized Oakland Police Department from terrorizing Black and Brown Communities, and allow the Black and Brown Communities of Oakland to exercise their right to political, social, and economic Self-Determination.

We demand answers!
We demand the truth!
We demand Justice for Alan Blueford!

NO JUSTICE NO PEACE!

We need to stand by the Blufford family just like we did for the Grant family and I will not say for "Justice" because this system knows no Justice just "Just us {ruling elite}". Yes, this scum bag KKKiller KKKop should be prosecuted for "First Degree Murder" with special circumstances added on being an Peace officer. Lets not kid ourselves as with the Oscar Grant case they did everything in their power to move the case to Los Angeles (City of KKKops, Dorner had it right) and the Judge lied to the jury about the gun enhancement. We should also realize we made them do this through community coming together without any Politician or Famous people, Awesome. Finally, we need to realize they are not stopping with their Police State (William Bratton - Stop and Frisk) and come together like we have done throughout our history and support each others projects. Whether it is prosecuting KKKiller KKKops, or fighting foreclosures, or FTP (March 1st), or feeding the homeless or getting our community spaces back (OG Plaza). Crisis brings community and this is the end game, I personally I'm looking forward with to the next year as I am Full Blooded Indian (FBI) and I want this government (United Sakes of Amerikkklan)off my peoples land. Everybody (yellow, red, black and even White) is welcome here but the Government.
