California | East Bay | Anti-War | Arts + ActionLove in Arabic
This is the latest installment of 52 Weeks of Inspiration and Resistance, a campaign of Bay Area Art Queers Unleashing Power. BAAQUP is an autonomous group of street artists dedicated to liberating public spaces and creating images to challenge the control of our lives by corporations, government and the assumptions promoted by mass media. ![]() city_center_top.jpg It may not be true that the Inuit language has 100 words for snow, but it is true that Arabic has many words that mean “love”.

The text, in English and Arabic, reads:
‘Hubb’ is love See more of BAAQUP's work at http://baqup.wordpress.com. If you're a political street artist, send us links to your work! We love sharing.
