SF Muni Cops Terrorizing Bus Riders; SF Police Terrorist Speed Traps

by SF Taxpayer
We now have swarms of 7 hoodlum gang San Francisco transit police standing on Sutter near Kearny at 6 p.m. terrorizing those of us who work for a living with a $75 fine for not paying the $2 fare, which fares cannot possibly sustain our public transit system known as Muni. We also have a speed trap at the Stockton tunnel, going south to Sutter. Both have occurred every week this year, 2013.

The speed trap is 1 motorcycle cop in the morning stopping everyone, including taxi cabs, an attack on the tourist industry, who is going more than 25 miles per hour, the city speed limit. This is absurd as all cars most likely have to stop at the stoplight at Sutter and Stockton, and certainly have to slow down in the face of the Central Subway boondoggle that has closed Stockton from Geary to Market. This boondoggle, condemned by the Civil Grand Jury, is costing the taxpayers millions of dollars for a 1.7 mile line that will NOT connect with BART or the Muni subway under Market but rather they expect to dig under both for this monstrosity and have 2 stops north of Market, 1 at Union Square and 1 at Washington and Stockton. The Grand Jury expects that the dig under the 2 vital subways under Market will cause both to stop, a disaster for the entire Bay Area. This is a palm-greasing racket that has nothing to do with public transportation. The speed trap is an excuse for not working for a living and is simply vicious.

We are less than 6 weeks into 2013, and not only do we have the speed trap at Sutter and Stockton which has been going on for about a year, but now we have swarms of 7 huge gangster hoodlum Muni police, attacking the workingclass with their $75 tickets. They tried to harrass one man as he was getting ON the bus, before he had a chance to pay! He seemed well off; hopefully he will complain. Most of these gangster hoodlum cops just stand around doing nothing, receiving a decent salary and excellent benefits from us taxpayers.

The police check people's fares to ensure everyone pays their share. That's to ensure that people who don't pay the fare don't get to ride for free without consequence. In other words, people who don't pay the fare are stealing from the community who does pay the fare. And since there are many, many programs for low income people to get free muni rides, financial hardship is no reason to not pay.

People who ride w/o paying are no different than pickpockets or thieves, except they steal from us all.

Erich von Manstein was one of the most prominent commanders of the Wehrmacht, Nazi Germany's armed forces during World War II. Attaining the rank of Generalfeldmarschall, he was held in high esteem as one of Germany's best military strategists. (Obviously, this strategy failed in the face of the Red Army's reliance on the Soviet people.)
Born: November 24, 1887, Berlin
Died: June 9, 1973 (capitalist West Germany) (He never experienced Judgment at Nuremberg).
Manstein gave testimony at the main Nuremberg Trials of war criminals in August 1946, and prepared a paper that, along with his later memoirs, helped contribute to the myth of a "clean Wehrmacht"—the myth that the German armed forces were not culpable for the atrocities of the Holocaust when they were. In 1949 he was tried in Hamburg for war crimes and was convicted on nine of seventeen counts, including the poor treatment of prisoners of war and failing to protect civilian lives in his sphere of operations. His sentence of eighteen years in prison was later reduced to twelve, and he served only four years before being released in 1953.

Other than the new program, starting March 1, for workingclass schoolchildren to have free bus passes, it is unknown as to what free bus pass programs the fascist writer is referring to. We would certainly all have heard about them. The fact is, everyone ages 18 through 64 has to pay $2 to ride the bus. PUBLIC TRANSIT SHOULD BE FREE TO EVERYONE as I understand it is in Portland and Seattle. Bus fares cannot possibly pay for public transit; most of the funding comes from the federal income tax, as all of it should. In addition, the Central Subway boondoggle should be shut down immediately as it is draining millions of dollars from Muni. Also, one of the benefits these thugs receive is a full uniform, including a warm jacket for the cold winter nights they attack the workingclass with their $75 fine. That jacket costs more than $75. The stop at 6 p.m. on weeknights, on Sutter between Kearny and Grant, is filled with people who work for a living, waiting to take the buses, including the 30 and 45. Most of the victims are Chinese workers. This is all the San Francisco Democratic Party machine, the same as the Republicans, has to offer: police state terrorism. If you want free bus passes for everyone, you have to vote Peace & Freedom and Green.

Meanwhile, we also have the speed trap perpetrated by 1 motorcycle cop at least weekly in the mornings, both weekdays and Saturdays, on Stockton outside the tunnel near Sutter, going south, and the victims include the much needed taxi cabs.

The fact is that we don't see 6 or 7 cops going down to Montgomery Street asking the CEO's of the banks and Pacific Stock Exchange what they did with the billions of dollars stolen during the recent economic collapse. This is an entirely class bias attack and a way of harrassing the workers and poor. Brought to you by Ed Lee, his administration and all the Montgomery Street thieves.
