Rhythmix Cultural Works will host Caminos Flamencos in a showcase featuring world-class flamenco performers, special guest artists and surprises. Caminos Flamencos, created and directed by Yaelisa, Emmy Award-winning dancer and artistic director, invites the community to celebrate this rich cultural heritage in a peña-style setting, where the passion of Flamenco music and dance fills your soul. Premium wine and beer, and a menu of Spanish tapas will available for purchase. After the performance, students and aficionados are invited to join our fabulous cuadro flamenco onstage for a rousing Fin de Fiesta!

High Five! Rhythmix Cultural Works (RCW) is celebrating its fifth year in the East Bay since opening its doors in 2007 as a community arts center; bringing people of all ages together for a wide range of high quality arts experiences. Only five minutes from downtown Oakland (just off Hwy 880 @ Fruitvale), RCW offers affordable spaces for live performances, exhibitions, arts education and cultural exchange for youth, families and adults. By providing a range of exhibits, workshops, classes and performances, RCW supports local, regional and international artists in the presentation of their work and strives to encourage community awareness through participation in the arts.
