The recent airing of the Obama administration’s internal legal justification for assassinating U.S. citizens without charge has brought issues of fundamental constitutional rights into even sharper relief than before. Against this backdrop, a resolution against the National Defense Authorization Act’s provisions for indefinite detention without charge will be introduced at the San Francisco Board of Supervisors February 12 meeting. Please join us to support this action.
