To celebrate the Year of the Snake, acclaimed Chinese American food writer Grace Young gives a presentation of her cookbook, STIR-FRYING TO THE SKY’S EDGE, winner of the James Beard Best International Cookbook Award. Grace’s latest book celebrates and demystifies the art of wok cooking with simple recipes from across the world. Included are fascinating oral histories from home cooks on traditional Chinese stir-fries and all the essentials you need to honor the traditions of wok cookery.
