§It's Eric Nelson not Brian Hackett
Eric Nelson, who partnered with Jonathan Gettleman, in defending Linda Lemaster in her 647e ("illegal lodging" at Peace Camp 2010) is an attorney. Brian Hackett (who was on a previous Community TV panel on Sandra Leigh's Issues show) is attorney for Santa Cruz Eleven defendant Gabriella Ripplyphipps.
Sorry for any confusion and a tip of the hat to Linda Lemaster for bringing this error to my attention. Eric Nelson not Brian Hackett is on this panel.
The First Amendment audio was aired about 20-25 minutes later than scheduled (nearly 4 hours into the audio file).
The McHenry phone interview was moved a similar period later (nearly 5 hours into the audio file). For anyone interested in hearing the audio file as an archive. Sorry for any confusion. Comments (Hide Comments)

Looking forward to this radio show. Tho' I felt I was mostly a "dud" for the show, it was fun to be included.
I felt Becky was the best extemporaneous speaker among the 5 guests and interviewer. She gets DOWN with the numbers-with regard ti Wells Fargo Bank. Think about what that chain of banks TAKES from our local community these days. More than any "services" offered. I can see the carnage they bring! (btw, I think the surviving banks and ESPECIALLY the international, paper-pushing,resource-stealing, boundary- bashing, makers of homeless people and broken nation- states such banks gamble with - like toys - as Keith McHenry showed us the way bankers have crippled indigenous African tribes by "buying" the whole river people get their water from, and poisoning it, one examplle of Bankers' "above the law", even the laws they rigged into place are ignored!) but just to consider Wells Fargo Bank: Check out Becky Johnson fiscal presentation on this comm TV show! And you'll get to "meet" my attorney, Jonathan Gettleman's partner, Eric Nelson, on the show (or IN the audio, for this context). | |||||||||||||||||||||||
