The defendant's would also love to see your face at their preliminary hearing, scheduled Monday, January 7th, 9am in Department 6 of the Santa Cruz County Courthouse.
Defendants are still charged with (1) felony conspiracy to commit vandalism and/or trespass, (2) felony vandalism, (3) misdemeanor trespass by entering and occupying, and (4) misdemeanor trespass by refusing to leave private property.
As economic disparity increases, Santa Cruz County continues spending money to prosecute people who bring these issues to the foreground. Check out the SC 11 website for updates
