Free Muni for Youth: 4 Supervisors to Be Told to Say Yes

Since we now have no school buses, the school children of San Francisco have to pay to go to school on city buses as they usually do not go to neighborhood schools, and they are often checked by Muni police, and fined if they cannot show proof of payment. Federal funds are now available for either free passes for schoolchildren or anything else Muni wants, but 4 supervisors: Wiener, Ferrell and Chu, do not want free passes for schoolchildren and need to be told to change their vote to Yes.

They went so far as to write a letter to the Municipal Transportation Agency to not pay for children's bus passes. These 4 supervisors are consistently reactionary and a disgrace to San Francisco.
