Every 36 hours, a black person is killed by law enforcement in the US. (see http://tinyurl.com/9q7p2lr ). In 2012, Bay Area police have killed at least 12 black and brown people. Meanwhile, mass incarceration, the war on drugs, stop-and-frisk, and gang injunctions proceed in a campaign of racist police terror. Enough!
