The administration and the school boards make the rules and policies and budgets.
On top of them are the money guys - Gates, Broad, Koch. And on top of them, or at least hand in hand, is Arne Duncan and Obama.
Please, leave the teachers alone. Better yet support the teachers. They are in an impossible position.
And, yes, get Condi the hell out of there.
