Ann Cvetkovich, professor of English and Women’s and Gender Studies at the University of Texas at Austin, develops a queer approach to trauma and explores the connections between sexuality, everyday trauma, the realm of feelings, and the creation of lesbian and queer public spheres.

Tammy Rae Carland is a renowned artist and professor of photography at California College of the Arts. Her work captures the often hidden or overlooked emotional spaces of queer life and experience.
