His speech was part of a demonstration outside the Democratic campaign office in Menlo Park, CA.
Bradley Manning is a United States Army soldier accused of having passed classified material to the whistleblower website WikiLeaks. He has been charged with a number of offenses, including communicating national defense information to an unauthorized source and aiding the enemy, a capital offense.
