Art Pulaski, head of the California Labor Federation AFL-CIO was "neutral" on anti-labor SB 899 by former governor Schwarzenegger. Now he and his Legislative Director Angie Wei are supporting eliminating compensation for mental injuries on the job including mental problems due workplace bullying. He and Wei are very concerning about protecting the profits of the insurance industry instead of defending injured workers.
